Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

The certificate details the safety and overall condition of all electrical installations and fittings in the property. Any damage and deterioration is noted along with observations for which improvement is recommended.

We only provide this service for residential homeowners.

Full and partial rewires

The main reason for rewiring a house is due to out-of-date or faulty wiring. A full rewire involves removing all of the electrical wiring, lights. sockets and switches in your home and updating to modern ones. This will mean your electrics are safer and more reliable.

Additional lights, sockets and switches can be installed in the process.

Consumer unit upgrades

A new consumer unit will ensure your home is up to the current standards of the electrical regulations.

The electrical safety of your property is significantly increased, as well as the property value if you are looking at selling your home. Certification will be provided.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charge point installation

Installation of Zappi and PodPoint EV charge points to current regulations.

Certification will be provided.

Minor works

Adding and/or changing sockets, lights and switches. A Minor Works Certificate will be provided. No job is too small.
